About

The markings of the common Cyan Pirate vessel is a white hull with cyan strips. The markings of the higher tier Cyan Pirate vessel is a black hull with cyan strips. Common Cyan Pirate vessels must not have active beacons on board or other Cyan Pirate vessels are authorized to attack them. This is due to the fact that beacons are seen in the community as worst than a waste of resource, as it allows enemies to see their location. It is also said that Cyan Pirates see beacon-bearers as cowardly, as they are afraid to lose their possessions due to their own weakness. They believe that a true Cyan Pirate should be able to navigate through space without flaws.

The Cyan Pirate organisation is a group of people who don't believe in karma and do whatever they think is right to get what they believe they deserve. They do not always commit piracy and steal, they usually instead "persuade" people to give them what they want.

A common way The Cyan Pirates deal with... "problems" is to latch onto said "problem's" ship using landing gear and drilling into them using grinders. They do not stop until every "problem" on board of the enemy vessel has been solved.

Rules

- No using beacons except when used as a targeting device. - You may attack common cyan pirate ships at will, but it is not advised. This is because The Cyan Pirates are to be seen as independent souls with a common goal, a free choice. - You may not attack high-tier pirate ships unless they have an active beacon on board.

Strengths and Weaknesses

Weaknesses: - If there is more than one member of The Cyan Pirates in a sector, you could exploit the rules that they follow by placing a beacon on their ship, thus making other members of The Cyan Pirates more likely to target them. - Cyan Pirates are not always obliged to piracy, they may be kind and just want to trade. This could be seen as a weakness.

Strengths: - They are motivated. They have a goal, and that is what they know they will achieve. This means they will stop at nothing to achieve that goal.
