The drill needs energy to run. To use the drill, move it close to an asteroid and turn the drill(s) on. Ore will be deposited in the internal inventory of the drill. All ore will not be deposited in the drill. Some will float away into space. To compensate for this, Gravity Generators or Collectors
can be connected to Conveyors at the sides to improve functionality.
The small ship drill is rather weak, and has a tendency to be destroyed when rammed into things, including asteroids. Therefore, use extreme caution when mining, as moving your ship too close to the asteroid may just destroy the drill along with other parts of your ship.
