Toolbar config is a screen, where player can manage Toolbar to equip components and tools and create new blocks to build.
Usage
The toolbar config screen can be used to equip either blocks/tools for use on foot, or ship weapons (e.g. the Drill). The menu will change depending on whether you are in a ship or not, but it is still the same general process:-
Press G (default) to open the screen. Find what you want, and then either click and drag it to the toolbar, or right-click it to have it added to the next available slot. You can also remove items from the toolbar by right-clicking them.
